An outreach program for the underrepresented group of Black, Hispanic and Native American students in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science and Chemistry.

* Ph.D students completing their education by Spring 2013 and looking for full time Research opportunities or continuing students in the Fall of 2013 and looking for summer 2013 IBM Research opportunities.

* MS and BS students completing their education by Spring 2013 and looking for full time Development opportunities or continuing students in the Fall of 2013 and looking for summer 2013 IBM Development opportunities.
